• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that we currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and some remote regions.

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for our instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item with all original packaging and tags to the provided address
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Fly Tying Kits & Materials
• Leaders & Tippet with opened packaging
• Fly Boxes without original packaging
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return and are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
