Shipping Information

Order Processing

After you place your order, our team gets to work. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: While we ship globally, we are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused, and unopened items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following specific items once they have been opened or used:

  • Fly Tying Kits & Materials (Once opened, these materials cannot be resold).
  • Leaders & Tippet (Considered final sale once the packaging is opened).
  • Fly Boxes if the original packaging has been removed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: A Simple 4-Step Cast

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Feel free to use the template at the bottom of this page.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, unopened item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return after we receive it.

Refund Timing and Method

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

  • Timing: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the return. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value, the process is identical to a return. Once we receive your original item, we will ship out the new one. If the new item is of a higher value, we will charge you the difference once the return is received.
