What kind of products do you offer?
We specialize in fly fishing gear and apparel. Our range includes fly rods, reels, lines, fly tying kits and tools, fly boxes, leaders and tippet, casual shirts, fishing shirts and pants, jackets, sweaters, vests, luggage, and everyday carry items. We focus on quality equipment for the dedicated angler.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through the process of entering your shipping details and choosing a payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship to a global community of fly fishers! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to a handful of remote regions and parts of Asia. Please check your location during checkout or contact us for confirmation.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. Includes tracking.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes tracking.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Our team needs 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order. The shipping time (10-15 or 15-25 business days) begins after this processing period, once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept payments through PayPal for a secure and quick checkout experience.
Are the prices on the website final?
All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The final price you pay will include the product cost and any applicable shipping fees. There are no hidden charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
